Ingredients
This tea has the ability to lower blood pressure, so if you already have low blood pressure, or are on any medications for blood pressure, consult your doctor before use, or avoid completely, so as not to further lower these levels. If you have higher blood pressure, and are looking for a natural way in which to come back to a harmonically balanced blpressure, this may be a good alternative for you.
If your looking for a means of relieving yourself of pain and inflammation, due to arthritis, muscle and joint pain, etc. this tea is crafted for its potent anti-inflammatory properties in all parts used of the beautiful birch tree . To take advantage of these beneficial properties, this tea must be simmered
on the stove for at least one hour. The polypore within it , requires this process to ensure that compounds like beta glucans which are locked within the mushroom's dense cell walls, are effectively extracted into the water for consumption.
