It will as well be linked closely to the Native Plants and Medicines page, as we will find which of these plants to incorporate into our salads, dishes, and or herbs, to gain their health benefits. ' vitamins, nutrients, minerals and medical uses and benefits' Learning how our body truly works, begins below.

Our mind is a powerful tool. It can help us overcome any obstacle and achieve our goals. Let's train our mind to think positively and we will be amazed at what we can accomplish. Also the words and meanings we feel about ourselves can enter the body in emotional, mental and physical forms, so be selective in how we talk to ourself about ourselves. Be positive, you are perfect!!

Gratitude and thankfulness is a key to happiness. I try to take a moment each day to appreciate the good in my life. Focus on what I have, not what I lack, this creates a more positive mindset of my life. I am, as you are, only here to be and experience being, life.. after all.
'SMILE AT THE WORLD, AND IT WILL SMILE BACK AT YOU'
Stay *focused* on goals and don't let distractions get in the way. It's easy to get sidetracked, but remember why you started your venture, keep pushing forward. I constantly try to aspire to a truer, greater, more pure ascension, or being of myself. When I see myself slipping into old habits, mentally, emotionally and physically... I focus on realigning to my set goals and continue on.

, First off, Neurotransmitters are Chemical Messengers that play the vital role in how your brain speaks to the body, Chemicals such Hormones, messages to one another, trying to keep in a perfect harmonic balanced alignment. Using the Energy Source of course, that in which you Are, the Soul within.
The mind, body connection relates to our mental, and emotional states which impact the physical body as well. Visa versa.
Neurotransmitters are Chemical Messengers that play the vital role in how your brain speaks to the body, Chemicals such as Horomones, Dopamine, Serotonin, Acetylcholine, Glutamate, Norepinephrine and GABA(Gamma-Aminobutyric acid....a non essential amino acid, an important neurotransmitter within the brain, which regulates nerve cell activity, inhibiting nerve signaling, which helps maintain a balance in neurotransmission.) Chemical Messengers effect everything from breathing, your mood , your memory and even your heartbeat. These chemicals help neurons communicate and regulate everything from mood to muscle movement. Lions Mane Mushroom has been known to regenerate the brains chemicals, more exactly lions main contains compounds such as hericenones and erinacines that may stimulate the production of NGF, a protein essential for growth and survival of Neurons.

Being consciously aware of not only what we are eating , but how we are eating... Feeling it enter our mouth in conscious awareness, starting the digestive process there while we chew it into smaller more absorbable sizes. Consciously aware of each bite, and then consciously swallowing it , with meaningful gratitude for the food itself entering and becoming your body, feeling it slowly move through our body into our digestive system, or stomach.. creates a connection between our body's response to the food itself, in a more profound and healing manner. This is why we have heard things like "blessing our food before we eat". The process of eating should be fully conscious for best results of the food becoming healthy living live cells in which our body needs, as it is in itself constantly newly regenerating cells. Our body is always regenerating new cells, not old, always new.. its the process in which our mind, body and soul are used , which determines the state of the appearance and energy levels of the body itself.
Though adding lemon to our water isn't a great form of detoxification , it does however add potassium, vitamin C and antioxidants to our already healthy refreshing water. Give it a try, after all it makes our water taste that much more natural and fruity.
Although we don't want to consistently use copper to store your water in , as too much copper can be toxic to the body. (we need very little copper). It could be recommended that as little as a few days a week , even just one day , you allow water to steep in a copper dish or cup, and then drink it . For the Immune system boosting effects that it can increase, as well as it can be an antibacterial way of purifying your water. Some researchers claim copper water benefits such as better brain and heart health, stronger immune system, tanning, weight loss and anti-aging benefits. These theories are not widely proven but, copper water is practiced in Ayurveda Homeopathic Healing in places such as India. Add lemon to it for the extra benefits, and or other fruits or herbs, creating a potion of multi healing full of vitemens and minerals.
Nature has a way of grounding us and bringing us back to the present moment. Spend time outside, go for a walk, take in the beauty of the natural world. It's a great way to clear your mind and reduce stress.

The medical definition of the immune system is a complex network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to protect the body from harmful substances such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and cancer cells. It comprises two main parts: the innate (non-specific) system, which provides a rapid, general defense, and the adaptive (specific) system which develops a tailored response and memory for specific invaders, often involving "B cells and T cells <explained below Immune System"
The immune system includes the lymphatic system* , blood forming organs (bone marrow) , the thymus** , and the skin , along with the key components like white blood cells (including lymphocytes, B cells and T cells ) , antibodies <explained below B & T cells) and the complement system **<Explained below). These parts work together to produce, mature, store, and deploy immune cells and molecules to defend the body against pathogens and disease.
Lymphatic system * consists of
(lymph nodes* {a small, bean-shaped, or oval structure within the lymphatic system that acts as a filter for lymph fluid, removing pathogens and foreign substances while housing immune cells (lymphocytes) to defend against disease and infection},
lymph vessels* {a network of thin-walled tubes throughout the body that collect excess fluid, called lymph, from tissues and return it to the bloodstream},
tonsils* {lymphoid tissue that acts primarily trapping germs and pathogens that enter through the mouth and nose to prevent infection.} ,
adenoids* {a patch of lymphoid tissue located high in the back of the nasal passage that helps the immune system trap pathogens and fight infection},
spleen* {functions as part of the lymphatic and blood systems by filtering blood to remove old, damaged red blood cells and microorganisms, and it also produces lymphocytes (white blood cells) to fight infection. Additionally, the spleen stores platelets and red blood cells})
Thymus** - a small, primary lymphoid organ located in the upper chest, just under the breastbone. Its main medical function is to produce and train T cells, a type of white blood cell essential for the immune system's ability to fight infections and diseases. The thymus is part of both the lymphatic system and the endochrine system*** gradually shrinking and being replaced by fatty tissue after puberty but remaining clinically relevant due to its role in immune regulation
Endochrine System***
The endocrine system is a biological network of glands and organs that produce and secrete hormones, which are chemical messengers that travel through the bloodstream to regulate bodily functions like metabolism, growth, reproduction, mood, and the body's response to stress. These hormones act on specific target cells and organs to control nearly every cell, organ, and function of the body. Key components include glands such as the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, and reproductive glands, along with the hypothalamus in the brain.
B cells, or B lymphocytes, are a type of white blood cell that are crucial to the immune system, particularly humoral immunity ( the aspect of the immune system that uses antibodies to fight extracellular pathogens and toxins in the body's fluids. ) They mature in the bone marrow and produce antibodies to fight infections by recognizing and neutralizing foreign substances called antigens. B cells can also develop into memory B cells which "remember" past infections for a faster and more effective response to re-encountered pathogens.
T cells are a type of lymphocyte, or white blood cell, that are crucial to the immune system, maturing in the thymus and helping the body fight infection and cancer by recognizing and killing infected or cancerous cells and directing the immune response. There are two main types cytotoxic T cells (or killer T cells) which destroy infected cells, and helper T cells which signal and activate other immune cells.
An antibody (immuneglobulin) is a Y-shaped protein produced by the immune system in response to an antigen, which is a foreign substance or germ. Antibodies work by recognizing and binding to their specific antigens, like a key to a lock, to neutralize or destroy the pathogen, toxin, or foreign cell and protect the body from harm. They are a crucial part of the adaptive immune response ( a highly specific and long-lasting defense mechanism in the immune system that targets and eliminates pathogens by recognizing specific antigens (any foreign or abnormal substance, such as a protein or part of a virus or bacteria, that triggers your immune system to produce antibodies to fight it.) and developing immunological memory) providing long-lasting immunity after an infection or vaccination.
