Growth and progress happen outside of our comfort zones. Don't be afraid to try new things, take risks and challenge ourselves. We never know what we are capable of until we step outside of our comfort zone. We will never know our truest, strongest and most expanded version of ourselves if we don't take chances. Let's not lose out on the experience of life because our minds, have tricked us into thinking we are unable, or scared, or unknowing...... Let's Just Do It !!! :) Jump outside the Box, Adventure this World.
We are often our own worst critics. Practice self-compassion and be kind to ourselves. Treat ourselves with the same kindness and compassion we would offer to a friend. You deserve it. Besides, it is only ourselves , that is spending the rest of our life with ourselves, we had might as well make it our truest highest self, of self love, we spend out time with, wouldn't you say?
Nature has a way of grounding us and bringing us back to the present moment. Spend time outside, go for a walk, take in the beauty of the natural world. It's a great way to clear our mind and reduce stress. Breathe in the many beautiful scents of trees, bushes, flowers , even the waters that surround us. Natural Scents can create great relaxation within ourselves.. As well. why i offer a great appreciation for herbal essences, natural oils and creating and making my own salves and medical potions.
Learning is a lifelong journey. Don't be afraid to try new things and learn new skills. The more we learn, the more we grow and the more opportunities we create for ourselves. Expand our Minds like the Universe Expands Constantly. Consciousness of Life is Important. Our Spirit may be infinite, but this life, this Reality of this time here on Earth is the Only One we will Experience within this Now. So let's not miss it, by allowing our minds to out weigh the experience in which we are here to feel and see..... Experience of Life

Believing in ourselves is the first step toward the success of anything we intentionally desire. Always remember that we are capable of achieving great things in life. Embrace our strengths and work on our weaknesses to become the best version of ourselves. The Truest Self.
Do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest. Success is not achieved overnight. It requires hard work, dedication, and perseverance. If we ever feel like giving up, remember why we started, and keep going. The road to success is never easy, but it's always worth it in the end. Manifest in our mind the goal in which we wish to work toward with great Intentions and Determination. Desire truly, madly, deeply to do so. Use our Will Power to Move forward into Action.... this creates Creation or Transformation.
Dreaming (Manifesting) is not enough to make things happen. We need, desire, intentionally and will power to take action to turn our dreams into reality. Set goals, make a plan, and take action. Don't wait for opportunities to come to us - create them ourselves.
I once created a sign that said this...
"If you do not build your own dreams, You will be hired to Build someone else's"
It seems silly, but thoughts come from nowhere, if we really think about it. They pop in, and out, just as fast... Some linger, because we have taken the time to focus on them , letting them become stronger with the more we manifest on them. So much so, that some thoughts become us.. But they do not have to.. We do not need to give them our power.
If we realize that, they are just thoughts coming and going,. We can then sit in our mind as an observer, realizing the thoughts but choosing not to allow them to become a part of us , or allow them to transform into an emotional, mental or physical creation within us. Sit back and observe the thought, ponder it a bit maybe, and let it go by. By using this method we then become the Master of which thoughts we allow to become real within our existence and life.
Our Minds are powerful and we can bring thoughts to fruition if we manifest on them long enough, our mind will start seeing and picking up things that synchronize with them , making them more real, than real.. This can become a higher stepping stone to where we desire to go. Or they can bring us to our deepest depths of fear or insecurities.
Taking control of our mind and thoughts is a challenge that must be constantly consciously worked on. Every time we feel ourselves slipping backward into old thought patterns or old actions, we need to stop ourselves, re-align again with our new path or thoughts and continue forward once again. We will have to do this time and time again until they become part of our subconscious or non conscious mind, which is where auto pilot is set. It will eventually just become automatic, like survival mode, just automatically happens.
Visualization is a powerful tool for manifesting our dreams. Take time to visualize ourselves achieving our goals and living the life we desire. The more vividly we can see it, the more likely it is to become a reality.
There are 5 parts to our consciousness, or more. The Pre-Conscious, The Conscious Mind, the Subconscious Mind, the Non-Conscious Mind and the Processing Unit. This is important to know, and how they work. How we ourselves can gain control of them , for the most part, and lead a fuller, more passionate and conscious life. Experience is everything after all, is it not?
The Pre-Conscious Mind
Is the part of the mind in which is basically our imagination, it is the potentiality of whatever could be brought into the conscious mind, therefore not yet thought of, but has the ability to become a conscious thought.
The Conscious Mind
This is the part of the mind that in which currently aware and actively processing all information that comes into the mind body and soul. This includes cognitive functions such as working memory, logical reasoning and sensory perception.. Feelings.. Everything we are experiencing or currently thinking about at that moment. The conscious mind is our focused awareness.
The Sub-Conscious Mind
This part of consciousness, is the unfocused, routine processes of our mind in which are acted out naturally are randomly without , or with little thought process or awareness. Within the subconscious part of the mind consists our survival routine, the things we do automatically such as without thinking we move out of the way of oncoming danger, say like walking around a sink hole in the ground. Or reacting impulsively to someone or something, without any thought process of our actions.
*This I have been guilty of many times, and one thing I truly need to work on. (*Think before I speak, within and without*) This practice would help me be more true to the things that I say and do. Making my experience more pure and aligned with my mind body and soul.*
The Non-Conscious or Unconscious Mind
This is the part of our consciousness stores memories, activities and processes that are not in a forefrontal focus, lingering, always accessible.. But not a thought in our mind at the time, we are not focused upon them. One might think of this as a vault filled with files in which everything is stored but only remembered as the very file has been pulled out and opened.
The.. There is.... The Processing Unit
In which processes the sensory experiences and makes or creates decisions based upon the conscious and subconscious minds. Past Present and Future experiences are thought processed using the processing unit.
